what culture man ? they have own culture food dress code religion language almost everything is unique . they can be easily a country .

India has millions of Buddhists, Tibeto-Burman speakers, the culture of Ladakh is quite influenced by the rest of India and Tibet, which itself also has quite India influenced culture, quite like Sikkim.
of course theoretically, any place can be it's own country. just look at Belgium, Luxembourg etc etc. or even Pakistan perhaps. but in reality it is happily with India.

It's an unfortunate situation. Mr. Niazi should not have invested himself with such extremism on populism. It would be a great loss if some disillusioned PTI fan takes out anger on him for not delivering on his own words.

He should be placed under protective custody till accountability for his government takes its course.
