Nope nothing, but there were rumors about assassination attempt on IK during GT Road rally or near Pindi. There were news that 2 suspicious people were arrested near Liaqat Abad Ground, Pindi the same day IK fell. But nothing substantial came out..

Wasn't rehman Malik the interior minister at the time? What hogwash.

Interim setup was in control at that time, no rehman malik..
