haha, many Indians treat Pakistan as a "Siberia" (otoh I don't believe so). So, it's common for them to say you can go live in Pakistan and live in difficulty. It has nothing to do with Pakistan or Pakistanis, but rather how Pakistan is portrayed as an unsafe country.
