ISIS numbers in Afghanistan are insubstantial , they can barely assault a village , forget taking a city. They usually rely on IMU for foot soilders , which itself is more centered towards attacking Pakistan rather then Afghanistan.
They not only face ANSF, but they are also battling the Taliban.
