Many people are unemployed in Pakistan currently. I created this thread as a place where we can share ideas unemployed Pakistanis can do to make a living. I’m sure many of us have very good ideas and I can’t find a similar thread already created. The ideas shared here might just help a couple families struggling with poverty in Pakistan.

We should look into planting palm oil trees in Indus delta area of sindh. It’s perfect area for it to grow and very few population there mostly everyone lives in poverty there. A mix of mangrove and palm oil trees should be planted in the whole region there it’ll reduce our palm oil imports and could make us a exporter while giving locals jobs.
Poultry should put anyone on track

Our farmers need education as well. In Pakistan our agricultural output is pathetically low compared to the world

Tourism ? Surely we could get thousands to earn a living in north Pakistan, hotels , cleaners , drivers. It’s beautiful you could attract million visitors from abroad, sadly our image sUcks

It is good idea, the only concerned is people use to watch/follow YouTube videos of non-professional lot thru interviewers. Make decision based on interviews and departs on investment path. Most fails and revert with negative comments blaming business.
One should do the homework properly and explore farms him/herself and get some training. Previously in Rawalpindi (Sadiq Abad) there was a government institute providing training and practical in this field (free of cost), it was 20 years before, now could not say about it. In my annual vacation I got certification from there and I done some practice even in UAE with success. Here the Municipality laws are very stringent and no leniency like Pakistan so I decided to cease the practice, otherwise it is good part time activity to generate poultry meat and eggs for your kitchen as well as one could sell extra production to locals, who prefers local desi type products over frozen broiler products.
Some saved pics of my flick:

Internet se prh ke baten krna is very easy. Why is our output low? It's not just because of farmers. Million other factors are involved.

Value Addition. People need to really think of how would you create value for any product really.

Think of of how Himalayan Salt was sold raw to India for export all over the world as a value added product.
Thankfully Pakistan came to its senses.

i think biggest problem is ego . they think they are educated so they must have white caller jobs . if a human ready to work any job then its no shortage of survival jobs
It's kinda true
Also we don't have a culture that supports it. Parents are guaranteed to provide for you for too long now.

Catering bizz, even if it's a temporary solution could provide a solid base of income. Pakistani's love to eat and food doesn't have to be expensive. I've seen food vendors selling simple food as daal chawal. naan channa or sharbat and earning a decent amount with their hard work.
