You cannot arm-twist a nuclear power for long, you need to be sensible in your dealings with us. This isn't Bollywood, and Pakistan is not Bangladesh, mind you.
Learn from the developments in 27-02-2019, or more surprises await you.
A spy have no diplomatic rights in any country - this is oxy moron.
Yes .. let’sNo, let's hang him before the verdict.
The ICJ is an organ of the United Nations. I am kind of hoping you DO ignore the ICJ ruling. That would give India a lot of ammo the next time you mention UN Resolutions.
India offered consular access to Kasab. Your Government did not provide it.
This has been argued. The onus of proving he is a spy rests on you. As soon as you arrest a foreign national, he automatically must be given consular access. Innocent until proven guilty not vice versa.
Yes .. let’s
Who in Pak has the spunk to do this ?
Clearly, you have no understanding of law. If you arrest a foreign national his first right is that of consular access. You then file the charges. You then prove those charges in your own court. You circumvented this process.Who even cares about UN resolution anymore? We have seen the pathetic stance of UN in the middle east and how they didn't have the balls to do anything with respect to Golan Heights and Ghaza. UN is a laughing stock now so we frankly won't care.
We have proven he was a spy with the evidence we supplied. You choose to deny the evidence exists. Period. A spy WILL NOT be given consular access regardless if he is proven to be a spy or not. This is not just Pakistan for you. Every country has this law.
The same Indians said who in Pakistan has the spunk to retaliate but we chose to retaliate in the open and not like cowards i.e. IA and IAF. Be warned, we surprised you once, we will surprise you again.
We have proven he was a spy with the evidence we supplied.

Accused and convicted are two different things. Look up the law.Correction - A SPY or TERRORIST accused of such acts WILL NOT BE GIVEN consular access. Period. No matter if he is foreign or local.
Mark my words.
ICJ will acquit Kulbhushan.
This is what is going to be ICJ verdict, I am 1000% sure.
Another Humiliation is on its way for India.
Don't be harsh. He is just asking to "mark his words". So, just mark them.
Accused and convicted are two different things. Look up the law.
Again. You are placing the cart before the horse. You're delusional if you think a spy will be given consular access especially after they admit to their role in terrorism
