You, my Young Pak, stuck with this issue...right from start and remain dispassionate... did really great job here!

It was made possible due to team efforts... you as well and others... been helping a lot. In fact, the point India sees as some achievement is the point where from we started the quest. Indian request of release, return & acquittal denied. He is proven an Indian Kulbhashan and not some Patel businessman. ICJ did not acknowledge the same rather asking Pakistan to review death sentence and ensure full weight given---like leaving no lacuna in the case---providing counselor access and will be facing a full time trial for the next time where, everything which is not yet into the knowledge of the players on world stage will become aware and evidences will be provided from time to time like daily feed. Interesting days ahead...

Sentence was hanging. That's stayed. Fresh trial ordered. Pakistan found to be in violation of Vienna convention. Total Victory for Pakistan.

And military court sentence never over turned. In fact Pakistan can again retrial in military courts

1. Court finds that Pakistan deprived India of the right to communicate with and have access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, to visit him in detention and to arrange for his legal representation,and thereby breached obligations incumbent upon it under Vienna Convention on Consular Relations: ICJ Court
2. The ICJ judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, while reading out the verdict, said that the execution of Jadhav will remain suspened until "effective review and reconsideration of the conviction and sentence".
3. The International Court of Justice said that "there is no room for doubt that Jadhav is an Indian national."
4. The World Court, however, rejected India's remedies in the case, including annulment of the military court decision and Jadhav's return to India.
5. Former minister of external affairs Sushma Swaraj, during whose tenure India had moved the case to ICJ, welcomed the verdict in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case and has termed it a victory for India.

Lolz how is that a victory when he has been proven as an indian and a spy? and the execution is only suspended....not dissolved

Yeah after a retrial which would be done as per Pakistan's own will. In fact retrial can be in military court too

He won't be freed but will be provided consular access. Judge clearly said that there is sufficient evidence that Yadav was using hussein mubaruk name in other words, he was a spy.
