ICJ hearing on Kulbhushan Jadhav case : News, Updates & Discussions

Sorry to say this...whoever represented Pakistan in ICJ was quite weak in his arguments. Many in India knew on that day itself that India will win the case after Pakistan's weak counter arguments to India's case.
It should not come as a surprise knowing who represents Pakistan at the government level. I won't be surprised if this hint was passed on to Jindal while he visited pm and secretly met him in murree.

Pakistan can't let him go, Pakistan can't execute him now.....Pakistan can't let status quo remain without giving consular access as ordered by ICJ. Don't wanna brag but damn well played Modi n co.

ICJ cannot open a Pandora box. There are courts all over the world who are giving sentences to criminals and terrorists - who also belong to other countries. How can they be a court above every other court on criminal matters and what kind of precedence can they afford to set?

Besides Pakistan is not blighted to accept ICJ's intervention in matters related to National Security. This point must be made very clear to the court that their decision are advisory and not compulsory - as under the legally accepted jurisdiction of ICJ by Pakistan and vice versa, they cannot hear cases related to National Security of Pakistan.
The Cherry on the cake, also pointed out by some Indian Thinks, that since in a bilateral issue, India has involved a third party, therefore it's lost it's argument on Kashmir being a bilateral issue thus not allowing mediation by a third party, India has virtually shot it'self in the foot.... Thank you....please come again. :D

More like a "pack of wolves" since there were 10-12 of them. I know your claim is that he was a military man, involved in espionage. You might be right, you might not be right. The onus of proving your allegations is on your State. Commonwealth nations follow principle of "innocent until proven guilty."This is known as adversarial process. Countries like France follow principle of "guilty until proven innocent." This is known as inquisitorial process. I don't know what the system is in the ICJ.

The fact that he was operating from within points out internal flaws. Take up responsibility for that also.

LOL - no. Pakistan claimed no jurisdiction based on 2008 Agreement. In case of Kashmir, India will claim no jurisdiction based on Simla Agreement. Pakistan is welcome to try with that same wig-clad lawyer though.

Pakistan thought it could avenge hanging of Ajmal Kasab but got itself exposed by this decision

Don't jump the gun by making such statements. If Pakistan has enough evidence against Yadav to prove him a "spy", which I believe they have, then rest assured India has already shot itself in the foot.

You either have no idea what you are talking about or are intentionally spouting BS to hide behind yet another slap in the face to you guys.

Either way, I'm tired of listening to your nonsense, another addition to my "ignore list".
