Pakistan validate the Indian claim of jurisdiction when they set YES to challenge it in ICJ..
May be I am wrong but this is they way out everybody seeking ..whatever ppl say now ICJ clearly halt the hanging and if we were such serious of jurisdiction why don't FO officially said it is not binding ..I think there is some deal on this matter in which public is not aware may be something like raymon Davis

I don't think he can take this type of decisions alone ...some how somewhere the deal is done therefore they decided to go in ICJ where it is clearly evident they won't win

Pakistan bound to loose every case either at diplomatic level or UN, until the NS a pro - Indian puppet which is a security risk for state of Pakistan is installed in the center.
We Pakistanis always blame Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Iran for to be pro - India but we never took care for our own house. Reality is that we ourselves are day dreamers.

Nawaz should go to the same military court, There will of course be a Full and Frank admission by Nawaz on video admitting to spying for India and directing terrorists with a AK47 in hand to attack the fearless defenders of Pakistan, its army, admission of him having killed thousands personally at the behest of Indian RAW. A judgement to hang him should take 15 minutes, he of course cant have an open trial or have his own defence attorney or have the trial in open court or have independent witnesses present. All should take place with unnamed judges lawyers witnesses in a completely sealed military court, much like Jadav.

This is a job of GOP, the head of GOP does not want to pursue the case so Pakistan lost it at UN.
