Consular Access to be provided ONLY if both the parties agrees. Court cannot determine if India reserves the right. So its unto Pakistan whether to allow it or not. Access to Jadhav not possible under Vienna Convention: ICJ

What steps can Pakistan take now? Don't need Indian members to reply.

If Pakistan really wants to hang him, it can.

I am not supportive of his hanging though, from the beginning. He must remain there in the jail for the rest of his life..

But apparently, India only asked for the consular access, and that will be provided. He even had a chance of going into an appeal in HC and SC, which India didn't pursue.

So let's give him consular access, and then hang him (although I am against his hanging).
