Those are ICJ observations. ICJ hasn't ordered Pakistan anywhere to give consular access to to India. Not that we would give you access even if ICJ ordered but still for now there is no order like that. Only order is to halt execution and nothing more than that.

Actually Army cannot force him to step down in a situation like this. Pakistan is fighting at all fronts. NS can play another victim card if removed.

Court cannot contradict the verdict with the observations it had made. This is common sense.
Secondly, if the verdict was in favour of Pakistan then there was no need to approach the ICJ and move it again for re hearing.

Edit: First Pakistan was not accepting Jurisdiction of ICJ on this case, now contradicting itself by approaching it.

It was a settlement case, both parties came to an agreement, many factors resulted in change of GoI position. Now it's working under Ratnagiri Gas and Power Pvt Ltd.

Contradicting or not. But court never ordered any counselor access for India so you can keep waiting for it. You are just fretting on some observations and observations are not orders.

You are not getting any consular access.
