Pakistan is not hanging him on immediate basis anyways as we have already said it multiple times.
But court has not asked Pakistan to give consular access to Yadev which India requested for as well. This is interesting.

Yes. It's a stalemate - only good thing for India is that he will not be hanged. But if Pak really wants, he can die in "an accident". Explicitly, consular access has not been denied either - according to what I understood.

ICJ rejected both parties arguments. Requested Pakistan to provide further details of Indian Hindu Terrorist Kulbushan Yadev. Not only India, but Pakistan case was also weak according to current verdict of ICJ.

This is failure when a state prolong such spy related cases. Technically ICJ rejected Pakistan's case as well.

One favor for Pakistan, India has open a new gate to expose Indian terrorism. Previously because of strong Indian influence, United Nation ignores Pakistan dossier. Now Pakistan also submit petitions against Indian terrorism inside J&K as well.

wow, look at how people find a logic to every thing. They were saying something completely different in the start n now just a reverse gear. We just want a fair trial which you did not do and you people were fooled otherwise their was no need of a military court all together.

You can get temporary stay order even if u murder some one in day light but to prove your innocence is all different ball game.

Court has just said not to hang him on immediate basis as they are in process of final verdict.
