Indian media is a crap of some highest degree, it deems ICJ request with no legal binding as stay order, same is true for common Indians, example is the guy you're arguing with. Interestingly Indian MEA didn't even bother to clarify the disinformation. Bunch of liars, I mean lawyers, misled the court by contending urgency and today backtracked from earlier stance. Aim of this pathetic lie was to snatch time from Pakistan, Pakistan was given just 4 days to respond. Pakistan should have protested and sought more time, which was its right, but it opted to appear and bust the Indian bubble.

Mere fancy wording does not change anything. Courts make decisions based on facts and evidence. That 'innocent son of India' was using a genuine passport issued in his cover name and was actively financing, directing, supporting, and using terrorism against innocent Pakistanis by exploding bombs and using suicide bombers in schools, markets, mosques, parks, trains and train stations, and other public places. That 'innocent' terrorist was active for over a decade in his evil activities.

Ehsan Ullah Ehsan will testify that Jadhav made and paid them for Bomb blasts in Pakistan that is more than enough evidence. Plus many of BLA members that gave up arms and were designated terrorist also testify against India those who are still is custody. there are many cards here for Pakistan to play. Funding from Jadhav has been recovered to BLA to hit Irani and Pakistani population. Plus the people killed in bus attacks were paid by Jadhav that is more than enough evidence. Pakistan will present the evidence once India admits he is an Indian and an Indian spy.

We all know that ICJ has no jurisdiction in the matter of National Security. My worries are towards the ICJ, the way they immediately started the hearing with in few days and only gave Pakistan couple of days for hearing is clearing showing something fishy behind this. I think Pakistan should have asked for some times to prepare the case more solidly. I still believe that Jadhev's sentense will be turned into Life prisionment and will be used as bargaining chip.
