Pakistan is not only showing weakness but also allowing the world to interfere in its internal affairs. the best way to slap them all is to carry out his hanging ASAP. ICJ can continue with its hearing post execution.

THE HAGUE: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) today denied permission to Pakistan to play a purported "confessional" video of retired Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav at a public hearing here.

To support its allegations that Jadhav was sent by India to carry out spying and espionage activities in Pakistan and was arrested from the restive Balochistan province, Pakistan delegation at the ICJ sought permission to play the purported video showing the Indian national admitting that he was a "spy".

However, the ICJ denied permission to the Pakistani side to play the video at the hearing, Indian officials in New Delhi said.
Earlier, India demanded the immediate suspension of Jadhav's death sentence, expressing fears that Pakistan could execute him even before the hearing at ICJ.




On May 8, India moved the ICJ against the death penalty handed down to Jadhav by a Pakistan military court, alleging violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. On May 9, the highest court in the UN gave Jadhav a lease of life.

India, in its appeal to the ICJ, had asserted that Jadhav was kidnapped from Iran where he was involved in business activities after retiring from the Indian Navy. India has denied that he has any connection with the government.

Lol our lawyer showed holes in all of indian arguments by bringing up old cases presented at ICJ that were smililar

Crybaby, before running to admins check the facts

Your lawyer did say that India has not yet provided the birth certificate.

And he is supposed to be a Commander in IN and reporting to Indian NSA and his mother has filed petition in Pakistan to meet him and awaiting Visa.

Yet you are demanding Birth Certificate.

Pakistan defence is simple.. ICJ has no.power / Juridiction on this case... why Pakistan send lawyer?

It was for respect of IcJ .. and to satisfy Indian Tiny Ego ..

Pakistan, as always, maybe at disadvantage due to favoritism in promoting counsel and other ranks according to caste and sects in Islam.

India, on the other hand, has Charted accountant lawyer Harish Salve which has ability to rip apart hundreds of lawyers like that Lahori + Fake London accent wig wearing Pakistani counsel whose confession video was even rejected by ICJ.

Pakistan should have brought material evidence to ICJ today instead of confession and then declaring themselves as winners in Pakistan press like 17-19 dec 1971.

And how it will decide why not it is a competent court ICJ don't have right and jurisdiction to see cases of spies if it was a case Russia and USA done it decades ago

Jurisdiction of ICJ is a different matter and different point to debate.... The point i made was simple in reply to the post quoted....Other than a verdict, no one knows what happened in the court, who was the lawyer, what kind of charges made, what kind of evidence were brought in... @Emmie replied saying a lawyer was provided.... But did anyone hear from that lawyer, does anyone knows who was the lawyer in first place.... Why so much of secrecy in this case???? There is lot to hide for Pakistan........

As i said earlier, If Pakistan believes (not the kangaroo court) that he is a spy and has ample proof (not the custodial confession, which does not have any legal value in a normal legal procedures) Then they should go ahead and Hang him.......
