Just for the back of the envelope calculation, let us assume that Sri Lanka become all out for 150 today and New Zealand successfully chases that score in 22 overs.
Then, New Zealand will have a NRR of about 0.760.

In that case the job at hand for Pakistan is pretty clear. They have to beat England with a margin of about 295 runs if they bat first.

It may have looked ridiculous a year back, but having seen victory margins of more than 300 a few times this year, including the current world cup, this is definitely possible.

Something like this:
Pakistan batting first should score about 420 odd runs and bundle out England for less than 125.

Batting first and scoring big is the key here as the English have nothing to keep them motivated for a spirited chase. Once the target is set at 400+ they will happily gift their wickets and board the flight home. Anyway, they have already confirmed their berth for the 2025 Champions trophy as Sri Lanka's NRR is going to be below -1.500 today and no amount of trashing in the hands of Pakistan can make England's NRR plunge below that.

Closest thing to a get together were indo pak matches in Uni where south Asian students organized watching parties for students
Too many Indian students, 7/10 ratio probably so I left midway through the match
