So after failing to buy a ticket for today's match I am watching it on a big screen in a pub near the stadium. Could hear the crowds cheering Australian team from here. Almost feels like India is playing Pakistan.

I am six beers down and in a quandary whether to head home or waste myself watching rest of the match here.

Seems Pak will make a match of it, anyways it's Friday night so why not just stay at the bar .

Unfortunately I'm stuck on this flight with no alcohol, but hopefully make it in time for last overs,

Match happening barely a km away from me and I cannot watch it in stadium. Fucking cheapest available ticket was 5K !! Madarchod organizers

EDIT: Decided to book even the 5K ticket, and realised none were available anymore. Next price is 12.5K !!

Should have grabbed for 5K when you go chance instead of complaining and you could have sod for higher. It is not organizers but Indian people making money by reselling tickets.

I am not saying you should buy it , I won’t. Hell I don’t watch any sport and just follow score but if you are into watching get ticket or don’t complain. Supply and demand is part of life.

@JaneBhiDoYaaron during covid lock down an employee of mine who was stuck in bangalor couldn't make it back to Lucknow in time. His wife and his father died, without him being able to see their last rites. He couldn't afford the air fare which was predatory at that time and there were no tickets to be had on trains. He cannot forgive himself till today.

What do you call this? Market forces? Sure you can. Just admit that we are slaves to them. And stop worshipping them.
