ICC Cricket World Cup - England 2019

Pcb either choose new players against these

Imad wasim bring a mystry off spinner

Faheem ashraf either sohail tanver or Mohammad asif

Harris sohail bring hard hitter

Abid ali dont fir well may be after world cup

.
SO Faheem Sharaf and Junaid khan has been dropped in favour of Amir and Wahab. Asif ali also replace Abid ali..Now I don't understand the logic of PCB ..why they invested in Faheem asharaf and included him in national team consistently if he was not good enough. ..also don't remeber when Wahab riaz played his last ODI for Pakistan and now suddenly make it to world cup squad

With Cricket World Cup 2019 approaching it is time to start a dedicated thread for general world cup related discussions.

To start off with team discussion, well it is for the first time since i have been watching cricket that Pakistan team batting is actually very good and bowling $ucks. Usually its the other way around. Hoping against hope that inclusion of Amir and Shadab will add some bite to the bowling attack. If that happens we will do well in the world cup since our batting is pretty decent this time around.

Best of luck to all teams and fans.

Mohammad Hafeez
“Obviously it was a proud feeling. I pray that winning the World Cup which is missing from my career is fulfilled.”

Shaheen Shah Afridi
“Last year I played the under-19 World Cup and after that played in all three formats for Pakistan. I feel proud to play in the World Cup for Pakistan.”

Mohammad Hasnain
“I want to thank Allah for performing well in the PSL. I found a new life from there and will try to perform in the World Cup as I did in the PSL. I am hopeful of performing well and making a name for myself.”

.
Problem for pakistan in Asia cup was lack of wickets by bowlers on flat pitches.this problem isn't solved yet.pakistan is dependent on amir to take early wickets.there is no other bowler in entire squad that can take early wickets.we want early wickets and we can only win with good bowling.i am not worried about batting because Pakistan have many batsmen in the squad.shaheen shah and wahab Riaz should work together with amir.we need wickets.we can't Chase 350+ but we can chase 300.we should forget about all horrible series in the past and must focus on world cup.i am expecting slight help for bowlers in pitches.our bowlers need slight help.wahab Riaz can reverse swing but he is proved to be very costly.i hope he will improve his game.pakistan lacks one genuine spinner.i feel that selection of imad waseem is not good but I hope he will provide help to shadab in spin department.our squad is much better than our squad in champions trophy.bowlers should accept responsibility and pakistan wants bowlers to perform and we must not make amir scapegoat.we need good pitches in world cup and not flat pitches.this time, icc will make pitches and not ecb so let's see what happens.we must focus to finish in top 4.also I have seen husnain bowling.i think he is a very good bowler but he needs guidance.he isn't sure where to bowl.this young bowler can swing the ball and we should also give him chance.he is young and talented.

.
We do not have better players esp bowlers. One can only suggest 1 or 2 changes in the squad as rest is all we have e. g. Inspite of junaid khan's performance on batting friendly pitches in the recent series he still is a far far better bowler than wahab riaz.
