It is not education - india is essentialy a crooked state - it is structured that way. Is it lack of education that makes india oppress kashmiris ? is it lack of education that even after 60 years only brahmins get to be priests ? its a rotten society wedded to the idea of oppression and racism.

Whereas India is a bureacratic state apparatus left by British with no real commonality. We are in the woowoo land of speculation now, all I am interested in discussing is an evidence-based plan of attack, whether it’s in choosing the right business model for organisations expected to deliver value or in fixing the blame firmly with the parts that don’t function in the economy.

There isn't a "model" here per se, just an evidence-based opinion that I mentioned, which puts things from the perspective of education and literacy.
You sound like a racist person who deals in absolutes (the white race is superior, African nations will always be lawless and under-developed because it's in their nature/genetic, etc.). Hence your comment on the 'rotten' nature of the nation being a permanent fixture is just your prejudiced opinion. I acknowledge that the state has a million issues that have to be solved but that's where I stop. As a rationalist, I try to filter objective facts from internal biases, you should try that as well.

I think India rather depending on different projects and fighter jets. Should build a half a squadron of Russian fighter jets and a half from the US, and if they choose US F- 16 variant will be a very good choice it can serve as a benchmark for future American fighter jets. India already has very warm relations with Israel so they won't object to f-35 as Israel did against UAE. 27th Feb exposed IAF, but they can with future investment create a formidable force.

Having multiple platforms that have completely different SoPs and support structures is a huge drain on resources and dilutes the operational effectiveness. The world is moving aways from having sepcialist combat aircrafts to multi-role fighters for this reason.
In my opinion, the smart thing would be to maybe have two types of of fighters - Light/single-engined for non-bombing configurations (LCA and its variants) and a Medium/Heavy MRCA (Rafale or an American plane like the F-15ex) category fighters.
Relations with Israel and a more effective focus on developing a domestic ecosystem would enable switching most of our focus to research and enhancements. There is no way that a 5th gen fighter can be developed in India, given our current state of tech. maturity, regardless of what GoI and DRDO tell everyone.

I am not racist person at all . Whatever i am telling is purely what i think benefits people of india and restores peace to that region. Read some history and literature. Indian was the actual word. Native americans is the more politically correct later one.
