Though in The case of First Carsh the FBW Failure was said to be the main reason. The investigation is not over for the first case too.

If it is FBW... then whole fleet is at risk. MKI is very unstable and can't fly without FBW system properly. So i think its better to run a quick check of FBW and associated parts once again along with source codes.

Mate.. You cant use the term "properly" here.
No FBW means the Pilot has no control at all . The plane will get totally out of control not just slightly.

A fly-by-wire system actually replaces manual control of the aircraft with an electronic interface. The movements of flight controls are converted to electronic signals, and flight control computers determine how to move the actuators at each control surface to provide the expected response. The actuators are usually hydraulic, but electric actuators have also been used

So The various unstable paramenters are automatically controlled by the computer in accordance to the flying laws.

Now, The Thing is If The cables of the computers Burn or The Computer Fails it means the FBW has failed and the result can be what happened in case of MKI , but as i said previously its still under investigation.

Add to it that MKI is a superb Aircraft that has a fly by wire (FBW) with quadruple redundancy.
So If One System fails 3 are still there.

It will be too early to make any conclusions - You r talking about Asia's Best Fighter.

We definatly do not care about the lifes of our armed forces personal. In that sense I feel Pakistani's are lot better.

That's Harsh, but alas there is a degree truth to it.

TO the IAF loosing pilots is a major concern and doing everything they can to reduce crashes.

but We loose Jawans in the In-PAk border every month. And noting is done about it.
Frankly i wish more can be done for them but alas, there is little flexibility in that area.

But we are fencing the border, There is new strategy in place so now we loose less Jawans than before. but all this has come to slow, We already lost a great many Jawans over the years.

Bottom Line :

MOST ADVANCED INDIAN FIGHTER JET HAS CRASHED TWICE IN 6/8 MONTHS.

Throw out Russian MIG 35 from MRCA of avoid embarrassment in future.

Why singling the Russians out? most of the Harriers have crashed, too. Does India seriously want to spend $150 million per fighter to get those Typhoons (if you count the spare parts and etc, that's the cost).

Typhoon is not the only contender and yes, India is going to spend $ to get new jets.
