No such thing. PL-15 is yet to enter service with PAF and it is inferior to Meteor.

The range of Pl-15(400km is more than two times wrt to MBDA meteor(160km)....IAF and Abhi were fkd due to their low range missiles as compared to AMRAAM Aim-120c.Mental Asylum escaped personnel.

Even if I believe in existence of PL-15, You are Comparing an in-service SFDR based missile with single rocket motor based missile.
You hate India i.e. another thing but atleast respect the physics & concepts of propulsion systems.
A single/dual pulse rocket motor based long range A2A missile behave just like a guided rocket after traveling just 100-110 mtrs .
Because they burn whole fuel till that range after that they use their conserved speed for further movement unlike Ramjet based Meteor & Brahmos.
They are useless for maneuvering targets like fighter jets & even normal trainer jets.
They works only against slow moving aircrafts Tankers & AEW&CS.

You cannot be more wrong, the range matters. If Chinese can outrange your missiles, even Lord Ram sitting inside a jet will not escape. To get the Ramjet to work its magic you first need a shot in a heavy EW environment. Last time a checked IAF performance was dismal in a EW intensive theater.
