HighMark is a heavy duty exercise where every single Asset of PAF is activated and brought online. PAF literally operates in a 'War Time' state fully geared for combat.

And during this corona time when movements are restricted high mark can’t be organized, High mark was planned in 2014 but due to floods that was postponed for 1-2 years

On 27th Feb I think according to @airomerix Indian AWACs were changing shifts when PAF carried out strikes
