No country is 100% perfect and Pakistan is Iran's neighbour. Not a stranger from thousands of miles away. Right now Iran is in a war with the most powerful intel organizations in the world. A little help from our neighbour(s) will certainly help and they should actually. Not doing anything or not seeking cooperation from countries within your own region is insane actually.

Agreed, but the trust issue between the two countries is the hurdle, even if people of Pakistan wants to help Iran in full potential the establishment wont fully trust, and same rule apply to Iran trusting Pakistan.

How can Iran test nuclear devices before Pakistan when it did not even have a uranium enrichment programme prior to AQ Khan's proliferation of centrifuge technology to it and thus far it has not enriched its uranium to 80%-90%, which is requisite for nuclear bomb?

What you are reading as "high explosives" test in the region of Marivan is NOT of a nuclear explosion. High explosion is any explosion that achieves combustion at 'supersonic speed.' It is achievable by conventional devices.

On the other hand, Pakistan had conducted cold tests of nuclear devices by late 1980s and early 1990s and by 1995 it had a working bomb that could be carried by PAF's aircraft.
