But judging from the record of the Vikramaditya being at sea for only about two weeks out of three years from 2019 to 2020 to 2021 (and still had not sailed so far in 2022) then we can extrapolate what happens with this new Vikrant.

I think India can only afford to budget two weeks every three years for carrier ops.

If that budget is now shared between two carriers then you would have a single week of ops for each carrier every three years!

Indian carrier ops is pretty funny when the carriers only head out to sea a week or so every three years. You cannot really train that way!
