That's been my point all along, this guy is putting a bad name to our State Dept. His content is mostly hatred against Pakistan and Muslims, his writing and arguments are like he got hired out of high school to deliver mail, vs. working as a diplomat in the State Dept, and his agenda is to do propaganda against Pakistan and Islamic terrorism, while he TOTALLY ignores the terrorism and extremism being conducted inside his own home country called India.

He'd spend days in igniting fires and putting content out against the Islamists (which is fine), but he won't write a WORD against Hindu terrorist who have been killing scores of Christians and Muslims and forcefully converting them. How do yu justify having good terrorist as they are your countrymen, and bad terrorists (because they are across the border)????

The State Dept. have top notch diplomats, who know how to talk in a way that is very fair, equally balanced and considers a threat to humans of all races and religions, a threat to global peace and security. That's also WHY the President of the US, warned India to curb down its religious extremism and terrorism against its minorities so that the people who are non-Hindu, don't have to suffer.
This guy doesn't care for the stance of the US government. He's abusing the seal in his signature. I think the forum should have a rule on showing professional affiliations, if your post's content doesn't meet that professionalism, the forum admins should ask for that to be removed, and after posting a lot of negative content, he or she should be blocked

@Horus @WebMaster : I think its time you guys looked at the State_Dept_Retired guy's activity and ask him to remove the seal of the Dept. of the State as his content in just India focus and hate spreading only against Pakistan, etc. He wouldn't condemn terrorism in India as that's where he's from. So he's screwing up image of one of the most prestigious departments within the US government by using the seal in a wrong manner which is against the code of conduct.
