I hope Trump bans Pakistani visas: Imran Khan

I understand his reasoning, but it's flawed. If Pakistan was included in that ban it would certainly pave the way for other states to make it difficult for Pakistanis to come and go, mainly those with close ties to the US. It was also sully Pakistan's reputation further.
He needs stop making these statements.

Anyway, one of the single biggest reasons that he didn't include Pakistan was because of this man believe it or not. Yes the likes of General Mattis have a soft spot for Pakistan and appreciate the country, but with Trump personal relationships count. This Sajid fellow is close to him.

You are right. We know why Trump didn't put Pakistan on that list. They understand the value of Pakistan. They cannot afford to abandon us completely.

However, Trump has used extreme vetting as an excuse to please India. Indians were dumbstruck the moment they found out Pakistan wasn't on the list of banned countries.

Do not count me to be happy if US ban Pakistan....Indian poster should keep their animozity towards Pakistan as a political one than personal one.

I am well aware of North American Pakistanis they are more educated and better off than ordinary Americans but I dont think they can reverse policies of this mad-man for long

US will never ban Pakistanis offcially..I m sure about that because that will complicate the already complicated relationship we have with US...We both need each other in different issues...

Pakistan have friends in US administration...I don't want to see common Pakistanis living in US suffer...

US not allowing Pakistanis doesnot mean interaction will end you see they will keep interaction economic only and yes most Americans dont want a Muslim or Pakistani ban but they didnt want Trump either he got 3million less vote he doesnot care about negative reporting about hom because he knows he is not that popular so till next US election we should prepare ourself for events that can occur and that includes a ban on Pakistanis

He is only going to an extreme measure since things have gotten completely out of control in Europe and he doesn't want the same to happen here (domino effect). If things were not crazy in Europe this would all be a complete non-issue. It is probable that he will widen the bans. He may even close the borders.

They'll have to overhaul the electoral system for that. If he does well, trust me, the rust belt states and the mid West etc who propelled him into power are not going to let go of him.

his intention is good, but should not have said that in crude way. instead he should have advised people to acquire knowledge to return to the country, for their country needs them the most. hard life here but struggle here for democracy and rule of law etc.

See....Pakistanis living in US are trying hard to do something for Pakistan in US - culture events etc while Pakistani leaders are spouting nonsense...This is very discouraging for Pakistanis living in US...

No Pakistani living abroad (US) will ever agree to that...

A better equivalent of Trump would be Nawaz Sharif cuz you know the children managing businesses and what not and calling protests against him as anti democratic
