I HAVE QUIT SMOKING NOW ITS YOURS TURN JUST DO IT


JUST SAY NO TO SMOKING"X"After being addicted to cigarette's for all most 9 year,s from 1998 to 2007 living and losing my stamina mental peace i used to smoke one pack a day 25 cigarettes nicotine,tobacco and tar,s were where my attention was all the time 24/7 and in the bargain i became a chain smoker i smoked liked a chimney spend almost $260 to $300 Canadian per month on 4 to 5 BOXES each box containing 8 pack's a pack has 25 cigarette's in it it effected my health from ulcer to high blood pressure to type 2 diabetes to sleep apnia to my sex life it just took me down to the dust then one-day i asked ALLAH to help me quit this habit once and for all and after a few Weeks suddenly just one fine day something took charge of me an inspiration to get my acts together and i left cigarettes just then and there . thats it its over my parents helped me a lot and ALHUMDULILLAH i got over it may ALLAH bless my dad & mom and i would liked to share this moments with all my PDF friends from all over Pakistan and India , srilanka, Canada, USA, UK and all over who have been with me in this difficult quest that i have gone through of quitting cigarettes.:toast:

And i always say only weak people smoke and drink or any other addiction cuz they dont have the guts to handle the tension

If u feel bad do get a CD of Sura Rehman and listen to it whenever u are feeling like going for smoking again. Believe its great and soothing to listen to Qirat of Sura Rehman try it.
It has been used for threrapy also .

sir:army: thank you an Honor & privilege to even be able to share it with a respected Senior citizen and veteran like you just came to know it sir even your spare time experience is bigger then the 28 years old little loser like me sir never knew about you air force life i was shocked when i came to know and now i know this what happens when one is smoked and doped beyond senses one totally forgets and some time even show's off to a Senior teacher like you sir which only showed how small and narrow minded guy i was must say i truly got what i deserved rejected on top of my Face in dance party right in front of my friend's and being the so called gutsy fellow that i am ended my self up showing of to you in this forum sir please forgive me i am sorry and yes this was long over due
