By your own laws Pakistani Sikhs, Ahmedis, Hindus, Jews and Christians can't even hope to hold any senior office in Pakistan. Furthermore your state has systamatically eliminated such minorites to such a negliable presence.

People should promote the best person for the job not just whoever ticks the right racial or religious boxes. It makes prejudice worse when you do that as people start disliking minorities in high level positions because they wonder if they really deserve to be there.
