Mature talk shows conducted and moderated by intelligent anchors is essential to get all the points across from all the parties concerned. If not we viewers will just see what the channel wants us to see.

I like NDTV talk show (Barkha dutt: we the people and Vikram: The big fight)
Both are mostly civilized discussions although big fight gets nasty sometimes but never fist fight.
I like Jeremy Paxman style grilling by Karan Thapar( Devil's advocate) too.
