Algeria refused, big difference! We are not that stupid to join a coalition created to protect a family . She refused too ,when the Arab league wanted to create an Arab force under the auspice of Egypt.
We have North Africa very well represented by Morocco ,Tunisia and Lybia...that's work for us..Someone has to keep the backyard safe.

Nonsense, these countries are more or less allies on the same camp. They bow to Russia and still keep the cold war alliances alive.
