Many things are not cleared yet. Everything was done in close room. Don't get angry right now. It was a court decision and from what i heard on news that victim's family has signed the papers. Blood money is around 20 crore (not sure) and there is provision in Islam for that.

the provision in islam is only for a plane murder case, redarging revenge which only concers the concerned families, but here the case is about a roue cia terroristm who was running some covert ops, he got the pictures of military installations, he had illegal gun, he lied of his status of being diplomat and lied about his back ground, he didnt admit to be related to agencies etc???

the case was not even remotely related to the exchange of forgiveness and qasas money, this guy is freed, but other terrorists may learn from his knowledge and would like to hurt pakistan in future

you simply cant let the terrorist go free, you tortue him, interrogate him and charge multiple case on him in the court for murder and threat to national security
