Look Pakistan has not acted maturely. We have to accept the reality, that someone in Pakistan made big blunders in diplomacy that resulted in Pakistan getting dragged into WOT, and also having to accept drone dtrikes in its own country.Also a mature country would not do a Kargil when its PM is in India on peace talks.

If Pakistan had acted maturely, then Pakistan today would be having its GDP per Capita double that of India, and the world would be investing heavily in Pakistan. And there would be no sign of people like Hafeez Sayid in Pakistan roads.The Kashmir LOC would be IB and there would be open border b/w India and Pakistan. The textbooks of Pakistan would not paint India as a monster but as a twin brother.

If one goes by the history in last 65 years, the level of maturity and intellectual capability shown by Pakistan elite/rulers/diplomats/armymen is below expected levels.

situation 1: pakistani state actors behind these killings: all the bull$**t (mature immature) falls apart. thats because, when the bilateral relations between two nations were on the upswing, its childlike to commit a foolish crime like this.
pakistani NON state actors behind these killings: then i guess the immediate blame goes to the indian rants (BJP n opposition in particular). why blame somebody of a crime who hasn't committed it on the first place.
having said that, i should also add that, althoh the pak govt is absolved of the crime committed on the second scenario, they cant be given a clean chit for infinite period of time. coz the murderers came from their side. its impossible that some non state actors can make pakistan their ***** any time to f*ck india according to their wishes and just get away with it. if that is so, both the govts are sissies and cant control anything....pak , their non state actors ....and indians their inability to protect her soldiers.
