Though you are wrong about its impact on rapes. If anything, rape statistics in India is going to go up and reach Western levels based on break down in social norms. (a common misunderstanding similar to people who claim that education will decrease terrorism while factually we have seen that education actually increases terrorism)

Free sex do not result in DECREASE in rape, it results in INCREASE in rape and that is evidenced by a LOT of global studies especially in the west.
