Who are these Kashmiris Sunnis to target Pundits ?They are not some outlanders .Pundits are also the son of that soil.Shias and Sikhs also tortured by those majorities.Who gave them right to shelter Afghan Mujahideens in there ?And they are outsiders for sure.If they have problem with GoI tbey should challenge like brave and courageous men.Attacking minorities having range of few thousands is not some big and brave acts.Kashmiris majorities violated their own brothers and sisters.

Of course...I agree with your point...But even to compromise anything of Kashmir, any PM who will do it, thait will be a political suicide in India...I do not think Modi can take risk at his 1st term..But what can happen is that if Modi gets elected in 2nd time in 2019, then he will be ready take more risk to build a legacy of his own..And i feel at that point of time he can get some concession to Kashmir...But i really doubt that any PM will allow any loss of sovernity from India wrt Kashmir...
