Pakistan MUST lodge a human rights complaint against india at multiple/all possible forums for the treatment of family at funeral time, snatching of dead body and forced burial. No stone shoul be left un turned and india shouldn't be given any chances at all. Kashmir is not free yet because pakistan hasn't tried hard enough.
Funeral services in absentia should be offered from the President's house before any appropriate resolution with Indian counterpart to accommodate burial in Azad Kashmir.
