Hundreds of Villagers in Swabi Come out in support of Mashal Khan

. .
Hopefully winds of change to seriously amend or repeal these foolish zia laws.
Without a change in mindset it would be downright impossible. A lot of the mullahs even on this forum have not come out and opposed this incident. Or some who have are still supporting the blasphemy law which is discriminatory, evil and a big problem for not just minorities but muslims (60-70% cases involve muslims)...

Allah and the Prophet do not need man made laws to protect them. They are better than all of us and we all know that the Prophet did not kill people who blasphemed against him until the opposition was physical. He converted all of arabia with love and respect. We should follow his example rather than wanting blood for every perceived wrong.

I have heard that there will be people who will also deny the mehdi when he arrives. These will be the same egotistical and orthodox mullahs who refuse to acknowledge the beauty of Islam. Their problem is their lack of objectivity and their inability to question things. They think Islam is to be imposed and is the meaning of one single interpretation, one path from which we can't waver or we will be kaffir. They do not understand the beauty of Islam, the personal link with Allah and each believers power to personally link with Allah, and the multiple interpretations, each of the followers seeking to link with Allah in his own way. The original message of Islam is peace but now these chimps have made a joke of it.

Imran Khan stop fucking around. Do something for Mashal Khan. Its your province where we get to see mishaps every now and then. Do something about ANP, stop trolling the shit out of Panama and Noora. Do something practical. Execute bastards who are involved. I hope you won't chicken out and take punitive action against these barbaric kuttay.

May Allah's curse be upon corrupt judiciary and its supporters. The hypocrite nation then whine when world drill us.

.
This incident is tragic but do not link it to Islam or Molvis. This didnot happen in some madarrasa which you think are factories of terrorism.
This brutality happened in a university by students many of whom are workers of secular political parties. They used the name of Islam and blasphemy to get their filthy purposes. The main culprit was ordered by University admins to kill Mashaal.
You people need just a little ignition whether it is baseless to draw your fire against molvis and Islam.

Men like him are true wealth of our society. He should be awarded for his bravery and fight.
Basically libturds are trying to use this incident to malign and distort the image of the society and work against the blasphemy law but soon their stinky and smeared rears will be exposed and on fire as the murderers belong to ANP who have been pro-Communisn and anti religion. We will see this candle-mafia trying their utmost in protecting these criminals.

The same ANP who supported USSR intervention in Afghanistan and performed namaz e janaza for Afghan Quisling Dr Najibullah, nobody is taking those folks seriously anymore their days have gone, PTI rules the roost in sarhad, no question about it.Kudos

And we will see that these libturds go totally mute on them rather they would start rallying behind the criminals and try to get them free from the court because if these people get persecuted, it will damage the ulterior motives of these libturds who suck money from their foreign masters.

How mindless, bigoted and ignorant (jaahil) a person has to be to rant against a law that was not even used.
Was blasphemy law used in this case?
Can you or any of the pseudo-liberal on this forum answer this question honestly for once in your / their life?

Only a schizophrenic maniac will mix the stupidity of some and the law and we totally condemn this targeted killing of an innocent by the libro-fascist supporters of ANP: the students and the university management. This is an excellent case and we will see the libturds hiding into the gutters as case will proceed and to their utter dismay CJ of the SC has already taken the suo moto action and InshaALLAH, Mashal Khan will get justice.

Why the hostility in your post? Just because I am a liberal. Isn't it on the basis of this law that people are emboldened and ready to act as vigilantes? It provides legal cover to all sorts of fanatics. Also the law has another effect. It gives legitimacy to the very idea that a person should be killed for blasphemy when the prophet never ever killed anyone who blasphemed (When all of Mecca did, not to add Taif which showered him with stones.) You and people like you have a problem of unwarranted emotionalism and thekedari of the religion. You may never understand the true message of Islam. When have I ever expressed anti Islamic sentiment?

I am not supporting blasphemy here, no one in his right mind would but there is no need of this law. The focus should be and has to be on winning people towards Islam with love and respect. It is ultimately the only way to give a message positive towards Islam.

This is a hilarious defence sir. Thousands of people are in jails over falsely being accused of blasphemy.

I respected you but you are being needlessly hostile. The first step towards solving any problem is debate (which is called ijtehad)... during this debate no one has the right to believe he is superior to the other and you are calling me names here.

Wasn't the grounds for killing Mashal unfounded claims of blasphemy? Implementation of this law is nil, people, innocent people are framed on false charges to take their land, an 80+ year old of the Orangi town project is still in jail over false accusations of blasphemy and you do not see a problem here?

An estimated number of 1,274 people have been charged under the stringent blasphemy laws of Pakistan between 1986, from when they were included in the Constitution by General Zia ul Haq, until 2010.

Can you or any of the pseudo-liberal on this forum answer this question honestly for once in your / their life?

I am a nationalist and a thinker. If a law gives cover to all forms of terrorism, albeit in the guise of a difficult topic, blasphemy then I will surely oppose it. I will not try to repeal the law until there is widespread support but at least there have to be conditions for false accusations or against the insulting of Hindus and Christians, which also happens. So far people have only been arrested for blasphemy against Islam except the select case of slippers/sandals being pulled off market for having hindu symbols.

Condemnation isn't enough. Is it not imperative that this never happens to anyone ever again in his entire lifetime?

As for ANP I have no support for it in my heart. I also want action against the PTI counseller who threatened people to stay quiet about who shot Mashal as well as demanded an oath from the mullahs who lynched him not to reveal the shooter. This transcends who I support or am sympathetic to politically. It is about the image of the nation. How will any outsider respect us if we do not respect the law in our own land?

This is an excellent case and we will see the libturds hiding into the gutters as case will proceed and to their utter dismay CJ of the SC has already taken the suo moto action and InshaALLAH, Mashal Khan will get justice.

Glad sir, that you want justice for him and are not accusing him, without an iota of proof for blasphemy. That is some common ground there which we can walk on. Mashal Khan getting justice is what we both want.

As I have said before Allah and the Prophet have a special way. They do not need petty people to defend their honor. The message of Islam is peace. We need to think how the prophet would react and imitate him. When he won over tyrants like Abu Sufyan who fought against him in battles rather than kill them for their past blasphemy as soon as he had the chance how can we say that the only way to protect the honor of Allah and Prophet is to kill.

Brother try to understand my point of view rather than making me the target of your emotional and conservative ire. I want whats best for my country as you do, common ground again.

Where does the law state that people can kill anyone under the blasphemy? or law states that all such cases will be dealt by the competent authority

Sir, I don't want to be hostile towards you but it has become a habit that whatever or whoever does something wrong, a certain group of people uses that to distort the image of Islam and Pakistani society. Now these ANP people are famous for being seculars and they killed him but still people are abusing religious people and the blasphemy law. And I challenge all the liberals, just remove this law and then see what happens on the streets and in the broad daylight. They won't find any shelter because then people will decided really themselves. You should be grateful to this law that it acts like a shelter and a dam otherwise there will be too much bloodshed and I will be really sad but that's the reality. The problem with our liberals is that they have lost the touch with ground realities and they make schemes and theories in their isolated glasshouses afforded to them by foreigner money. And I hate mullahs too but I love my religion sir.

Saying either the state can kill for blasphemy or people can kill over blasphemy in my eyes is part of the same problem. The intricate problem of our failure to win with love and respect rather than our want to with blood and sword. Umar and Ali would all be ashamed. One who won Syria with his refusal to turn a church into a mosque and the other won a Jew by the justice of his court.

Even if you do not believe the people cannot kill for blasphemy why can the state? Is there not a better policy available to us? Also has the authority managed such cases well in any way? Thousands are rotting in jails on blasphemy charges they never committed, bro.
