He used them, those are only a drop of the Qaddafi ocean (army). Just imagine that he had 600 multiple rocket launchers. Be sure that he did all his best to kill as many as possible from Libyan people. Huge numbers of Libyans (40+) came to Jordan for medical treatment and I talked to about 9 of them, Qaddafi hired African mercenaries and leached them into Libyan cities where they slaughtered, robbed and raped the residents of any city or town they enter.
