Chota Rajan as per what i had heard is an offcial agent of RAW and IB. He had been helping GOI with inputs for some time.
Possibly his arrest shows 2 reasons
1. His crimes are way too much (every DON 's crime is high)
2. He is under intense threat and needs some place to recuperate and provide him a high profile security or else the nexus between him and GOI will be revealed (a blackmail for safety)

I wont be surprised if he gets a 5 star treatment in India owing to his resourcefulness. Also to bump him higher intensity attempts would be made with assets (wet) would be deployed coming into India which provideds a chacne for IB/RAW to grab them and bump them off too.

Perhaps who knows Rajan may have given the whole present addresses business and other details of D company and is now taken in custody so that he provides them to other notable source (read FBI) and prove how such investments of D company are hurting USA too and inturn USA turns up the heat on safe heavens place..

People should actually ask why there were 3+ aborted attempts on Dawood and last being when our wet team were outside his house and a certain phone call not from PM office but yet a senior minister made them abort the mission.What was the motive for that? Even that info is rumored to be given by Rajan..
