The design is very ugly. It would’ve been way BETTER if it had an Ancient Egypt and desert theme on it. It needed a rusty, brown, old, duty kind of look. Also the sharp edges look, grey color, modernity, and windows look horrible.

This is Bahria Town, Lahore. This is much more beautiful in regards to the ‘pyramid’

Nice design but it takes too much space and perhaps not great vs a traditional villa design and some privacy aspect are not great in this pyramid design

Great design, every apartment has a balcony and leisure area and lots of light. Allows light to transcend to buildings underneath. Design makes it difficult for people who want to commit suicide .

Nah, you're just gonna bounce from floor to floor until you end up with multiple fractures, a damaged spine and a concussion . Dropping straight down will be the less painful thing to do.
