The Santa Ana's started blowing that day---and when Santa Ana's start blowing---it means serious trouble---. The wind are from 30 to 40 MPH and wind gusts from 50 to 70 MPH---and the winds are warm---they take every bit of moisture out of the vegetation.

A small spark---a lit tinder plays havoc---. This time---supposedly---high tension wires broke due to hind winds---the sparks caused grass fire---and the winds took over---.

For the last 20 years---it was known in the city of Paradise that this calamity was coming---. Houses built close to trees---6 + years of dry weather---all a recipe of a perfect disaster---.

House built in beutiful mountain slopes---. Here is what happens---when the fire starts at the bottom of the slope---the flame will outrun run a grown man in reaching the top of the hill---.

During calamities like these one realizes how small our resources are against a major event---and this is california---.

And then we have pakistanis and indians talking big about destruction in their areas and act like nothing will happen---.

So silly---.

That is a typical california fire---. The trees are evergreen Juniper --- I had them next to my house---they are green all the time---but light like a petrol fire---.

You have to experience california fire to experience what it is does---.

I get all that but the pictures of only selective houses in some areas and selectives buildings in industrial zone burnt to ground yet surrounded by large green plants including pine trees just a few feet away all ok just doesn't make sense. This was a forest fire, was it not? Please see the images.

The selection is made by Allah---.

Those large green plants are extremely dry tinder with minimum moisture in them---due to no rain for multiple years---.

The fire starts from the ground up----the ground is dry grass---dry rotting twigs---mountain area---wind gusts---.

The evergreen juniper trees are extremely dry---even though they look green---they catch fire just like gasoline---.

God has given the fire its own mind---somethings are destroyed---the others are spared to leave us wondering at what happened---.
