Huawei needs many American components, software etc. Like FPGA chips, RF front end modules, optical components, x86 based processors, EDA tools.

Huawei also needs the American financial system to function in any country other than China.

Huawei also needs components and parts from many other countries, most of whom are American allies.

No chip today can be made without American equipment.

GDP of CN rely too much on FDI companies like BMW, Apple while CN companies gonna collapse. When Trump raise tarriff to 25%, then FDI companies will move out of CN and CN economy collapse .

No, it doesn't. If it comes down to that, Huawei can get as much government money it wants.

And they don't need the US for payments. China's trade partners are switching off the USD one by one, and doing so slowly only because China isn't demanding it.

If the US could wreck the Chinese economy by not letting them use USD they would have done so ages ago.
