I guess maybe HQ-16 shot down Indian SPICE missile, because SPICE is the correct missile like NATO standard, it's hard to have a deviation greater than 200 m.

Spice is NOT a missile! its a guidance kit for mk82

a guided bomb cannot be intercepted by these missiles, thats why in Russia Pantsir S1/S2 protect S-400 batteries against these type of guided bombs

There was a camp their during Soviet war but there is no Jahidi training camp now. Ex-President Musharraf removed whatever was left in early 2000s. Right now there is only Children Islamic seminary (Maddressa) there.

It was simply because the people who released them were incompetent. No need to complicate with theories.
Indian pilots just ditched them to make a quick get away. DG ISPR already said they were looking for a civilian target to show as militant casualties but were repelled before they could locate a target.
