The answer is very simple. China will use it to get back her lost province taiwan if all options fail and will establish peace and harmony in the Indian ocean region and S.china sea. China along with her neighbors cooperation will get to an amicable solution to all disputes after which china will start by having its bases all across IOR and friendly countries in S.china sea. String of pearls will be the top priority then and for all this china need to have at least 10 carriers out of which 5 should be Nuke powered. How will China use her new carrier? As a political statement, a single carrier is a target multiple carriers with the required support craft are a projection of power. China may one day have that capability but probably not in my life time.
