One thing is to be taken note. It was 1998 and they were saying familiar things like Pakistan's economy is weak etc. That means we have been hearing that since so long and yet today Pakistan is still alive, kicking and harassing India. This means the Pakistan's weakness was exaggerated then. Is it still being exaggerated? Lest Pakistanis misinterpret it (like @Sully3 did) as saying that only Indians were talking like that let me point out that in the above video, it is a Western gora who was saying that.
