I dont know what is correct English word for Husn prast i.e someone who has this habit of feeling attraction toward any girl which he perceive as attractive/cute even after having someone special in life . Someone who has obsession with beautiful girls and never satisfy. English word might be gallant/aesthete. How to get rid of this habit as obviously every cute girl you meet or find attractive cannot be your in real life? Can we change our feeling?
That's exactily why islam wants women to cover up this is not only ur issue it's the culture comming from West which is destroying us just look at our elders our forefathers most of them married with simple looking ladies some might had 2 or 3 wives but they were simple without complications and had fear of Allah.
It's a hard words but imagin if someone get obsessed with ur wife ur sister and in future with ur daughter it's even hurt more if he is zanai or alcoholic and u won't be able to do anything about itwe all know life is moving fast and future is not far.
I got rid of these thought just to imagin "what goes around comes around" fear of Allah and asking forgiveness of sins.
May Allah guide us (Ameen)

Hi,

Damn---just only pious!!!!! Or is there a different meaning to it?

Note the topic might be abit of topic

No different meaning. I'm a loyal "husband"
And Allah have given me what i desired a women doesn't complain but gives me hope when im down !!! Alhumdulillah !!! . Her loyalty has made me hers forever !!! I see people who are married and still have GF and they keep on changing and i wife's who forgot to respect their husbands and i so mother's who doesn't want to take responsibility they give responsibility to their nannies and go for social activities shame they call themselves mother's and in the end blame their nannies for their misbehaving and im saying this from my 1st hand experience

Such can indeed corrupt your soul and lead to your downfall. This poem always haunts me each time.

La Belle Dame Sans Merci

- John Keats

I.

O WHAT can ail thee, knight-at-arms,
Alone and palely loitering?
The sedge has wither’d from the lake,
And no birds sing.

II.

O what can ail thee, knight-at-arms!
So haggard and so woe-begone?
The squirrel’s granary is full,
And the harvest’s done.

III.

I see a lily on thy brow
With anguish moist and fever dew,
And on thy cheeks a fading rose
Fast withereth too.

IV.

I met a lady in the meads,
Full beautiful—a faery’s child,
Her hair was long, her foot was light,
And her eyes were wild.

V.

I made a garland for her head,
And bracelets too, and fragrant zone;
She look’d at me as she did love,
And made sweet moan.

VI.

I set her on my pacing steed,
And nothing else saw all day long,
For sidelong would she bend, and sing
A faery’s song.

VII.

She found me roots of relish sweet,
And honey wild, and manna dew,
And sure in language strange she said—
“I love thee true.”

VIII.

She took me to her elfin grot,
And there she wept, and sigh’d fill sore,
And there I shut her wild wild eyes
With kisses four.

IX.

And there she lulled me asleep,
And there I dream’d—Ah! woe betide!
The latest dream I ever dream’d
On the cold hill’s side.

X.

I saw pale kings and princes too,
Pale warriors, death-pale were they all;
They cried—“La Belle Dame sans Merci
Hath thee in thrall!”

XI.

I saw their starved lips in the gloam,
With horrid warning gaped wide,
And I awoke and found me here,
On the cold hill’s side.

XII.

And this is why I sojourn here,
Alone and palely loitering,
Though the sedge is wither’d from the lake,
And no birds sing.

i have heard good about this novel. i wish i had time to read it. :frown:
Its about husn parasti.. too

girl from model town name seemi , high elite class falling in luv with aftab who is from middle class guy from kashmir. Then there is a dehati qyoom from interiar punjab who is jealous, and sohail the professor who also likes this girl, plus the narrator.

the theory is, if there is some haram thing consumed or gunah done, like corruption etc.. it brings defect in DNA and the deewangi also rises from this defect.

And seemi s love for aftab which turns into spiritual love is outcome of deewangi.

learnt this majnu baazi in aligarh only. BC humey to koi seemi mili nahi , qyoom jese londo ke sath awari gardi zarur ki.

Husan parasti is only natural and a positive thing. You can't get rid of it.

I've met plenty of good looking women that made me feel they were unattractive because of their behavior.

In a primeval sense, we want to mate with a good looking and strong woman, but metaphysically the women that we go after usually tend to be toxic and a detriment to you and your family structure. We are organisms, and this is the way Allah swt designed us. To further your lineage.

At the same time, we need to realize that spirituality is also a side of us that needs healing as well. Just like you feed your body with food, your Rooh or soul needs to be fed as well. There is nobody in the entire universe that you can trust, other than Allah swt and then your mother, then your father.

As humans we are certainly blessed as the most unique creation Allah swt has created. At the same time, we are generally ignorant of what we want and what is good for us.

That's natural, even girls like good looking guys and feel happy and flowery in their presence , even if it's some random guy whom she doesn't know but she'll keep thinking about him for some time or days and will smile herself with no reason and people will doubt she's a psychic . But they don't understand it's that flowery flowery emotions .

Today I went to a function and some good looking guys were sitting with me on a side seat , wow . I just loved their presence , their perfumes aroma , and their laughs and jokes, their heavy voices , their caress on hair ..
But this all is temporary.

Take it positively , we all are designed this way .
same is with men .. humans are all designed this way . But doesn't mean they'll sincerely fall for husn leaving seeerat.
