How to get Driver License?

What do i require in order to get a Driver License in pakistan?
I have Pakistani identity card since i was young thanks to my parents.

What else do i need? I want to make a car and motorcycle driving license.
The exam in Hong Kong is way too time consuming and too expensive so i wish to do this in Pakistan

We have to do the figure 8 on a SLOPE!!!
the space available on the slope is tiny also.
They just want to milk my pockets till i am dry for these "extra lessons" where i do SOLO practice.
I failed the 8 figure part on the slope because i put my foot down and another guy failed for holding the clutch...
Our exams have been pushed to mid-2019 now....

can you please just guide me. On Pakistan's site, it says we need a Pakistani passport also. is it a must? can i just pay rishwat(i am sorry but i have no other choice)

In most countries, international licence is not guarantee for getting reciprocal licence; it is just to allow you to drive for a limited period of time.
To get local licence in SADACC you must have a resident's permit, PR or be a citizen. Otherwise it is not given. I dont know about Pak. But I know HK will not give you a licence based on International driving permit.
Also, some countries permits are black listed because of this loop you are trying to do.

Update - i saw your first post. ok, you have local card.
My 2 cents, do it the right way. You will know the rules and be a good driver.

Things in Pakistan are becoming strict despite loopholes still exist but not for long. I was warned not to drive there without license as the days without driving a license are coming to an end.

So get yourself a license is what I will say. Do it the legal way.

The right way? Lol you have no idea how hard it is to obtain a license here(that figure 8 slope area in the vid I posted ITT is hard to master for a novice like me, shelling money upon money will be counterproductive we are supposed to not use clutch, no foot down and minimal spacing to do it)
I have shelled out HK$8000 already and the average person shells out $6000 here to train.

My exam has been pushed to mid 2019, that is 1 year away.
Pakistan is my only option now and I need guidance.

Different cities have different procedures. In Rawalpindi and Islamabad you can go to the traffic police office they will also provide you all the necessary details. At first they will issue you a learners permit which I think is applicable for 30 days and within that time you will have to appear for your driving and other tests. Get your self acquainted with traffic rules and signs, they will provide you a small booklet for that. On the test day you will have to asnwer traffic related questions on a computer, then appear for a medical test where they will check your eye sight, followed by driving test where you will have to drive car (You can also bring your own car) on a L shaped space, but the real test lies in reversing it without touching the cones on the L shaped perimiter.

Yeah the people here tend to be very thorough with everything and yet the national output stands at....

Yes that can happen, if you have contacts. How about you go visit the higher official over there and state your case that you need it earlier than the allocated time. If not successfull there, then may be try some constable, make friends first then put forward your offer

For license, passport wasn't a requirement when I had applied. You should visit their office and have all ambiguities sorted out.
