How to counter transgender harassment for money

Every now and then at almost every traffic signal there are transgender aka "khwaja sara" harassing people for money. They go as far as touching people's (exclusively men's) arms and face and when you refuse to give them they hurl abuses and make a tamasha out of you in front of public. Why no one raises a voice against this behavior? No law enforcement takes any action.

Real Khawaja Sira are not Transgender, they don't believe they are born in a wrong body, actual Khawaja sira are Intersex people who are born with both male/female Genital's.

The bigger the vehicle, the stronger they will stick their hands and face on the window of the vehicle, and demand money endless times and simultaneously gazing at everyone sitting in the vehicle including females.

The punctuality of the same person at 8 am in the morning at the Same signal , in all weather conditions is shocking which lasts till evening and some other comes who lasts till midnight or later.

A LAW needs to be erected of NOT TOUCHING PRIVATE vehicles specially gazing everyone inside the vehicle.

I am not justifying Harassment I am only saying there is a difference between Transgenders and Intersex.

Whose families? Nothing stopping them from getting education or doing some productive work to earn. They just want easy money.
