A clear distinction needs to be made between the annoyingly boisterous LGBTQ cabal and the disenfranchised Hijra community, they're not one and the same, the first tries to usurp the latter's struggle and package it as their own.


Only clown mullahs, with Madrasa degree obtained in Urdu will oppose hijra rights regulations, what they don't understand is Hijras are born this way and nothing can be done about it, indeed there is nothing in Islam that says hijras are to be denied a normal life.


These uneducated mullahs need to be dealt with, not only regarding this particular issue but they try to create bottlenecks everytime the government guns for social reform.

They even put an end to the breast milk bank project, any mullah who wants to spread his obtuse and Draconian views in the guise of Islamic teachings should be tried and promptly dealt with, the free hand that they have been dealt now is very very bad news for the future of Bangladeshi society.

Hijra and gays are not the same kind . Hijra is a birth defect and homosexuality is just someone's choice and it's not natural birth defect like transgender. So this two isn't integrable. So doesn't matter what Mullahs say, transgender must be recognised.

Hijras are transgenders and or chromosomal polyploidy defect... homosexuality isn’t a choice if it was the question of fucking another person of the same gender would have crossed everyone’s mind. There’s enough scientific evidence to show that homosexuality as a trait has some relations to mutations in genes. If I find the paper I’ll link to it down below.
As for choices, I have seen transgenders so confused with what they want to identify as that they’ve already had multiple conversion, revert therapy and sex changes which have killed atleast 2 that I know of.

Don't bother . Such evidences are not damn absolute truth . Even the mainstream science is not absolute truth ,let alone the propaganda scientific research that is a part of promoting homosexuality as natural .

Newton invented gravitation theory and Einstein cancelled it , now other scientists are coming for Einstein.

Intersex are a real thing which is natural, they have body parts between sexes. They are also called hermaphrodites.

Most of transgender nowdays are transsexuals, who have a body of a sex they do not identify with.

Dude you can’t say transgender are born that way from one side and then completely have alternative views on gays just because it collides with your religious sentiments... if you had read the two article listed above you would have been aware that although there’s sufficient evidence to genetics playing a role in expression of sexuality, there’s many other complex factors that forms sexuality and as such wouldn’t have dismissed gays as choice centric.
I don’t want to further this discussion as I myself have been looking into this topic for years now and still haven’t reached the conclusion to dismiss possibilities like you’re doing... that’s not how science works

A little goes a long way, they must be made aware of their rights and that they do have people out there actively looking out for them.
