How to apply to Pak Army on the basis of hope certificate if you have done Alevels?

Hello everyone,
I have done my alevels from lahore. I am in my second year and want to apply to the army. I have obtained the hope certificate from my academy. The online registration form is asking for 'obtained marks' and 'total marks'. And my result is not out yet. What should i do?
