When Mandela was appointed as the President of democratic South Africa, certain rednecks in the US also issued summons against him on the basis that he was a terrorist who caused deaths of Whites under apartheid. Guess what happened to that summons ? Let me help you here...it is stuck in the same place where it originated from

Right now, PM Modi is a rock star in the "West". He is seen frequently in the media and is especially popular with American conservatives because of his pro-capitalism beliefs and similar views on things like reduction of bureaucracy and government regulations. He is liked by the political left as well because he is seen as a friend to environmentalist causes.

No offence to Pakistan's PM, but I doubt 90%+ Americans even know who he is.
