There is a difference between a struggle for freedom, which is legitimate and the methods used
to achieve the goal.
Many methods used by the Palestinians to reach the freedom ARE terrorism,
like blowing up civilian busses, cutting throats of infants, sending unguided missiles targetting urban areas.
Other methods, like applying for Membership in the UN, ICC, trying to establish boycotts
vs Israel, mobilizing world opinion are perfectly legal.
Military methods are also legal. Shooting at Israeli soldiers inside Gaza or inside Israel
is perfectly legal in most cases. They are going to cause a response,
which generally will not favour the Palestinians.
Example of illegal military methods:
You can't approach a border post with a white flag and then start shooting.
Acting as a civilian, blowing up a border post is perfidy and not legal.
Name calling is just going to make You look like a fool in civilized eyes.
